Come on down to the Everglades & 10,000Islands to catch your own dinner and have it prepared at a local restaurant.  Spend a few hours in the protected waters of the mangrove backcountry in the 10,000 islands foraging for your dinner, just as the natives and early settlers did long ago. You’ll set out with a local guide in search of  spotted trout, snook, redfish, drum, and snapper which are all abundant in this area. Blue crab & stone crab can also be found and collected during season. We’ll have everything you’ll need to catch’em and will even bait the hook for you. In between your stops you may even see dolphins, manatee, and a variety of birds as well.  And after the tour your guide will clean your catch for you and send you off to the restaurant!  You can have your catch as you prefer: grilled, blackened, or fried.

Everglades City makes a great basecamp for all of our tours and is considered The Capital City of the Everglades as we are completely surrounded by the 4 top parks / preserves.  Everglades National Park, Big Cypress Preserve, Fakahatchee Strand and The 10,000 Islands National Wildlife Refuge all surround Everglades City.
